I don't even know where to start,my name is Thando Charles the reason that I've put this article on the website is because while Luyanda Kota (Ikamvayouth Director WC) was attending a conference in Australia he left me on his shoes from the 27th October-4th November 2008 as the Acting Director of Ikamvayouth, my experience as the acting director was so challenging as it was my first to do it.But as the time passes everything came out perfect as most of the volunteers where there to support me in whatever way they can and I've learn lot of things that I can apply if I can be given another chance at this position.

Once again I just want to thank Mr. Kota for giving me this opportunity atleast now I can be able to put this experience on my Curriculum Vitae and not forgetting the Ikamvanites who supported me all the way till I finished my journey. Thank you guys.
